YIN YOGA & SOUND BATH
AT THE HUB AT ST MARY’S, LICHFIELD

Join Maria and Jen at the beautiful venue of the Hub at St Mary’s, Lichfield, for an evening of Yin yoga followed by a blissful Sound Bath.
We’ll begin with an hour’s restful Yin practice aimed at calming both the mind and body. Yin is a slow, mindful practice which, over time, can help us to notice our habitual patterns and develop our capacity for patience and kindness - both towards ourselves and others. As we hold shapes for an extended period of time, the invitation is to pay greater attention to our internal landscape and to see whether we can begin to release some of the tension that we all experience: physically, mentally and emotionally.
After your Yin practice, Jen will take you on an immersive sound experience designed to create a deep sense of peace and wellbeing. All you need to do at this stage is lie down and snuggle up under a blanket or two and allow the sound waves of ancient instruments to wash over you.

You will need to bring with you a yoga mat, a blanket or two (or sleeping bag) for the Sound Bath and perhaps a pillow for your head.
Please Note: This event is only open to those aged 18 or over. The Sound Bath is not suitable for those with sound induced epilepsy, those in the first trimester of pregnancy or anyone who wears a pacemaker or other electronic fitted device.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel before 5pm on Friday 15 May 2026 we will be happy to refund your payment in full or transfer it to another of our Yin & Sound Bath events. If you cancel after 5pm on Friday 15 May, then unless your place can be filled by someone else, your payment will not be refunded.
YOGA AND QIGONG WOODLAND WORKSHOP
AT BUZZARDS VALLEY VINEYARD, NEAR TAMWORTH
SATURDAY 18 JULY 2026, 09.45AM TO 12.30PM

Immerse yourself in nature this Summer and join me for a morning of yoga and qigong in our own private outdoor retreat area nestled within 60 acres of woodland and lakes at Buzzards Valley Vineyard, Drayton Bassett, near Tamworth.
We’ll begin the day with a meditation practice designed to cultivate a deeper sense of awareness of and appreciation for the natural world around us. We’ll then enjoy a playful qigong practice, encouraging us to remember that we are part of the natural world and not something separate from it. There will be a break and time for a chat over a drink and a snack before we move into a mindful yoga practice aimed at helping us to cultivate a greater sense of harmony in body, mind and spirit.
After the workshop, you’re free to explore the lovely nature trail; have a bit of lunch at the bistro; or taste some wine and stock up on goodies at the on-site artisan shop.
All you need to bring with you is a yoga mat and a warm blanket.

Please note, this event is only open to those aged 18 or over. The event is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have practised yoga and/or qigong for many years.
